-Visiting Lyssa in Mineral Springs and looking at those weird spherical looking things... and meeting the seer over there too.

-Fighting with canthans in Vizunah Square, my first try I got masters.

-Getting more presents than everyone around me during the Dragon festival.

-When I first played the game, some really nice runner took me all the way to the desert for free, I was so happy^^.

-Solo running with my Mesmer.

In pvp:
when factions was released and I first tried ab I took Ilea my IW mesmer for a spin with some friends in an allied guild. We held the shield shrine against 3 4man teams with just our little 4 man team. They got so ensconsed trying to remove us from this shield urn spot that they forgot to cap

In PVE:
The sheer anger with the char over what they did to ascalon in the searing... I'll never forgive them and about once a week I take a trip into ascalon with whatever level 20 I have at hand to utterly destroy any char i see. Pre-searing rocks and I miss being a n00b again, I can solo entire area's and have explored everywhere.. nothing is new n00b FOR LIFE I say

my most recent was a while ago now, ABing when minion master ruled.
Creating a build I like to call "Grave robber"
Any class with a necro secondary, using Verata's Aura to steal minions or just gaze to de master them.

Had soo much fun de-mastering flesh golems with a A/N, shadow step and gaze ftw

Being on the losing side of Alliance Battle the entire match.
Score was 200-100 for them, by 400 for them we had 370 or so...
The score was around 480-460.
We thought we lost, and then the large green letters of Victory and a red +1250 Faction came up. We won by 1 or 2 points.

It was on saltspray, Ill leave which side I am out of it, so no one spazes over "their" side being superior to mine.

Have had alot of great moments, but this one was I remember, my first toon, a ranger,
got to Thirsty river and a monk with some name like "most blah blah in the World"
(not real name of course), was forming a party, I asked to join and got a response that
was so freaking rude, I almost stopped playing the game right there, being my first
online RPG ever, was very discouraging, basically said would never allow a low-life
ranger in there group.

I had heard it was a tough mission and since I could not get in a group and was
guildless at the time, I grabbed all henchies and completed it along with the bonus,
I zoned back to Thirsty river to see the monk still standing there forming the
"dream group" the person so desperately needed, I did not have the nerve to rub it
in the face, but I should have, that felt pretty good.

SirShadowrunner - I know how that feels to be a ranger and no one wanting you. I however for the most part was lucky enough to have my husband playing monk right along side me through the game so even when we did PUG I was usually kept in the group because my husband was the monk. Several times I read the words: Kick the ranger! There were a few times when people would exit our group because he wouldn't kick me or if he wasn't leader and they kicked me he would then say to reinvite or he would leave the group. It takes quite a bit of doing to get a good rep as a ranger.
Also that is a very difficult mission especially your first time through and I'm glad you made it with no probs - congrats!

Though my main is Mesmer and I'd of liked to have picked a moment for him, my most memerable moment was with my MM (pre nerf) months ago at THK whilst holding out both sides of the gate.

Surrounded by enemies and yet more come in their 'thousands' I am the only one of our party still standing, the rest of my comrades have fallen. Things look bad indead but I summon the will to command my undead army with great leadership in a battle that most mortals would shurely have perished from. My brave army of Grenth manages to hold out whilst I invoke a powerfull and ancient rebirth signet upon one of our monks. Two minutes later, the whole of my party was standing and through the grace of Dwayna we safely passed the mission.

So I pwn3d and saved the day basically, Ive seen other MM's do that before as well. Last man standing, rez's the monk saves the day. It was pretty easy post nerf when you could controll like a million fiends.

My most memorable moment was winning halls for the first time. Way back when pugs were the way to go and iway was in its infant ages (not that i won with it).

Anyway, IMHO, i dont find THK to be hard. Every time ive done it, it has been with pugs and ive beaten it xept for one time where a monk err7, left, or wtv.
All you have to do is split the grp 4-4, one monk in each, have a caster stay at the cata, and GG.

Trying out ToPK [When it was PVP] for the first time, joined a pug, and made it to halls after a few wins, though we lost in HoH to guild teams.

My most memorable is definatly my first time making it to Droknar's Forge...

Me and my friends, in our newly created guild, and were about halfway through the jungle, and I can't remember if we were level 20 yet or if we were still only 18 or 19...

Well anyway, we decided we wanted to get our Max armor, and had just gotten the max available armor in the Jungle... We didn't get runners, we went and fought our way to Droks. Good lord, that took a good 3 hours at least to accomplish!

The most amazing part about it though? We had no monk! One of my guildies was a Me/Mo and brought 2 or 3 healing spells to keep the team alive, but we managed to pull it off - killing nearly everything on our way there. That was insane, and I couldn't believe that we made it.. especially without a monk. Mostly we all just brought a lot of defensive skills and we all always focused on a specific target.

That was definatly a challange though.

hm, 2 things come to mind.....in SF having ragos flame wand drop for me (I had wanted it)...and we even had henchies with...so that was pretty amazing.
and the 2nd was when my monk was doing thk ....wanted to do bonus and then do some mapping for my titles.....we cleaned out just about everything and then the whole group does a conga line around the perimeter doing mapping....it was sooo funny I was crying before we finished! got my protector title and another .1% for my cartographer title (still not there yet with that one....another .3 to go).

most memorable moment was when i found out i can 55 with my necro, since i didnt want to play a monk. (needless to say that it was quite a long time ago )

finishing THK+bonus as the only tank with 5 people team (only 1 monk)

my first successfull droks run

clearing out snake dance wall to wall with my lvl 13 monk and henchies out of boredom lol
turned out to be quite fun to keep a survivors title there

I have a few...

Getting lost in The Wilds for over an hour.

Hench'ing Elona Reach after failing several times with people.

The many days I spent Griffon Farming.

Getting around 600 Fame in one run in HoH.

Beating iGi in a GvG.

Losing to EvIL, Te, RenO, and KGYU in one night in GvG.
